Liz Cheney Could Be In Trouble After Biden’s Autopen Use: Report….

Donald Trump has raised concerns after reports suggested that former President Joe Biden used an autopen device to sign several executive orders and pardons during his presidency. Trump argued that if Biden did not personally approve or understand the documents signed with the autopen, their legal validity could be questioned. In a post on Truth Social, Trump claimed that certain pardons—particularly those connected to members of the January 6 investigation committee—should be considered “void” if they were signed without Biden’s direct knowledge or approval.

The controversy has drawn attention to individuals who reportedly received pardons, including Liz Cheney, Hunter Biden, Anthony Fauci, and Mark Milley. Legal experts note that courts would ultimately determine whether any pardons signed using an autopen remain valid.

Meanwhile, Eric Schmitt, a U.S. senator from Missouri, has requested access to sealed records related to the autopen’s use under the Presidential Records Act. Schmitt submitted a “special access request” to Marco Rubio, who currently serves as Archivist of the United States, seeking internal White House documents about authorization procedures for the autopen.

The issue gained further attention after former White House official Neera Tanden testified before the House Oversight Committee that she had authority to use the autopen between October 2021 and May 2023. She said she could direct its use but denied wrongdoing.

Supporters of the investigation argue that the records are necessary to clarify decision-making in the Biden administration, while critics say the use of autopen devices has historically been a routine administrative practice by multiple presidents.
